How a testing laboratory grew into an independent testing, inspection, certification and verification partner.

Foundation
A laboratory built on impartiality
We began as a small testing laboratory serving local manufacturers who needed results they could show to their customers. The founding principle was simple: report what the evidence shows, and nothing else.

Early years
From testing to inspection
Clients who trusted our reports asked us to look at their goods, sites and suppliers as well. Inspection became our second discipline, and we built the field teams and procedures that still underpin it.

Expanding our laboratory network
Demand for consistent results across regions led us to open new laboratories and to build a network of accredited partner facilities working to the same methods, the same quality system and the same reporting standards.

Certifying systems, products and people
We added an independent certification body so that clients could demonstrate conformity with recognised standards. Strict separation between consultancy, testing and certification protects the credibility of every certificate we issue.

Digital verification
Making every document checkable
As counterfeit reports and certificates became a real risk in global supply chains, we launched online tools that let anyone confirm whether a document carrying our name is genuine, and track a verification request from submission to answer.
